Another aim of the Faculty is to employ more people with an international background, as well as people with disabilities. We are therefore particularly pleased to receive applications from such people.

Future research priorities are in the areas of sustainability and CO2 reduction, durability and the recycling of building materials. In particular, mineral building materials, also in combination with other materials – e. g. wood –, should be researched in an interdisciplinary manner. Through the interaction of experimental and numerical research, concepts and methods for innovative building materials, building components and constructions for sustainable and robotic construction techniques should also be developed.
We are searching for a personality who should be distinguished by high-ranking scientific publications and/or comparable achievements with an excellent international visibility. Experience in cooperative leadership at large research institutions and/or interdisciplinary research collaborations are desirable.
To facilitate a qualitative assessment of your academic accomplishments, we kindly ask you to submit a short description of your three most important scientific achievements, which should be no longer than one page in total. Possible examples may include experiences from the fields of research, teaching, science and society, knowledge and technology transfer, inventions and patents, software development or spin-offs.
