As the Head of Quality Management EMEA (m/f) you will be accountable for all quality standards and processes of BU ICS in EMEA. You shall lead and define all quality processes with consideration of appropriate quality level, complexity and regulatory standards.
Defines, implements, monitors and reviews QA strategy, framework and processes in the region EMEA
Coordinates all quality related information exchange within the BU ICS regionally
Ensures compliance of BU QMS to Clariant Group Management System in interaction with group system management and BU stakeholder
Ensueres lean and customer oriented QM processes
Defines, authorizes, documents and communicates guidelines and operating procedures for quality in the region EMEA
Establishes a regional QM network, defines (with Global QA) and implements global QA guidelines
Ensures best practice QM procedures and standardization in all relevant sites
Coordinates regional management system documentation (guidelines, procedures, DMS)
Manages maintenance of Q certificates at all relevant sites (incl. external and internal service providers)
Manages sustainable compliance of the Business Unit ICS Q processes to the certified-to Q standards (10)
Runs and manages Q projects
Defines,validates and approves Q processes within the BU ICS
Ensures the translation of Q related business processes + customer requirements into processes and systems
Defines, manages and monitors complaint handling process
Manages all quality related inquiries from external customers (e. g. questionnaires, audits, Q agreements)
You have a completed degree or PhD in Chemistry or Engineering
Minimum 5 years in production and analytical, application or R&D labs, sales and marketing knowledge
Minimum 3 years as auditor in different business fields according different global or regional standards
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, German and Spanish knowledge is an advantage
Seniority and broad experiences in process management, manufacturing and quality management -auditing preferable
