We seek internationally renowned scientists in an area of pure mathematics, complementing the areas represented by the existing research groups.
The successful candidate will be member of the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics, and is expected to actively participate in the acquisition of further third-party research funding. Teaching is to be done in German and English in all phases of the study programs in mathematics. Relevant teaching experience is expected. Knowledge of German language is not required, but is expected to be acquired in the course of the first years. Participation in academic administration is expected.
