Your new challenge

You are a leader who will take strategic responsibility for and further develop the already successfully initiated transformation process and in so doing will motivate and integrate the members of the university in teaching, research and administration.

Particular areas of emphasis include:

• Digitalisation, internationalisation and inclusion
• Representing the university in science, politics, the economy, media and civil society
• Promoting and implementing strategically relevant change processes
• Reinforcing regional, national and international networks
• Securing attractive studying and working conditions
• Promoting an open and transparent culture of communication
