at salary grade W3 to commence as soon as possible. This is a permanent civil service position.
We are looking for persons of international visibility to strengthen the department of computer science with independent research and teaching profiles in the fields of Software Engineering. Willingness and ability to attract research funding must be noticeable. The person must be renowned in the field of Software Engineering.
The prospective candidate should not only enrich the computer science group; in addition, they are intended to foster cooperation in research and teaching with related disciplines. It is expected that the candidate contributes to teaching at both bachelor and master levels and in PhD programs, both in computer science and in interdisciplinary study programs.
The ability to teach in German and English is expected.
