Your tasks

To support our operations, we're looking for a motivated Working Student or Intern (~20hrs/week) to join our team — someone eager to contribute to climate action, learn across disciplines, and help us turn strategies into outcomes. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist with the coordination of internal projects, industry webinars, member communications and administrative tasks
• Create presentations, reports, and market insights on aviation decarbonization and finance 
• Develop newsletters and sustainability content
• Maintain our website and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.) 
• Help organize events and conferences
• Engage with our global member network and support day-to-day operations 

Your profile

• Background in economics, aviation, sustainability, environmental studies or related fields
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset
• First experience in project management and a knack for structuring processes
• Confidence working with MS Office, social media, and ideally basic website tools
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Motivation to learn, collaborate, and take initiative
• Occasional travel availability (Europe-based events)
