We are inviting applications for the position of full professor in the area of advanced scanning probe techniques, to be filled as soon as possible.

The professorship will advance low-temperature scanning probe techniques to explore local electronic, magnetic, and thermal phenomena in solid-state systems. It strengthens research in quantum technologies, 2D materials, and solid-state physics within the Cluster of Excellence "Matter and Light for Quantum Computing" at RWTH Aachen University, while contributing to teaching in experimental physics.
