Vor kurzer Zeit haben wir im Zuge eines Workshops auf kleine Zettel geschrieben, was wir im Product- & Brand Management bei ZEIT MEDIA eigentlich machen. Auf meinem Zettel stand: „Wir Product- & Brand Manager:innen sind echte Tausendsassa!“. Denn genau das fasst zusammen, wie abwechslungsreich unser Job eigentlich ist:
Bei ZEIT MEDIA, der Vermarktungseinheit des Zeitverlages, gestalten wir das B2B-Marketing, damit unsere Werbekund:innen immer über die für sie passenden Kommunikationslösungen der ZEIT-Medien informiert sind. Hierfür erstellen wir Sales-Präsentationen, verfassen B2B-Newsletter, erheben und analysieren Leserschaftsdaten, gestalten Flyer oder LinkedIn-Posts, setzten B2B-Events um oder entwickeln kundenindividuelle Media-Konzepte.
Außerdem entwickeln wir das ZEIT-Marken- und Produktportfolio crossmedial weiter und schaffen damit neue Werbemöglichkeiten. Wir informieren das ZEIT MEDIA Sales Team sowie die iqm über Neuigkeiten sowie Änderungen im Portfolio. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit den Media Consultants, der Art Direction, der Blattplanung, dem Data Team, der Anzeigenabwicklung aber auch verlagsübergreifend mit vielen weiteren Abteilungen wie der Herstellung oder ZEIT ONLINE zusammen.
Kreative Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen für Werbekunden der Kunst- und Kulturbranche fallen somit genauso in mein Aufgabengebiet wie die Durchführung einer abteilungsübergreifenden Leserschaftsbefragung für unser WELTKUNST Magazin. Und genau diese unterschiedlichen Aufgaben sorgen dafür, dass kein Tag ist wie der andere!
