As a certified human resources officer (bSb), she possesses a solid theoretical foundation in the areas of personnel planning, recruitment, management and development, psychology, personnel remuneration, corporate social welfare and individual and collective labour law. It is a background she relies on daily in her current role as editorial director with responsibility for around 100 journalists.

The seminar also addresses essential considerations such as copyright, data protection, and ethical AI use in research and publishing. Rather than focusing on individual tools, the session emphasizes general principles and best practices for integrating AI into established academic workflows while maintaining academic integrity.
