Gaby Köchel holds a degree in linguistics and is passionate about HR and management issues. As a certified human resources officer (bSb), she possesses a solid theoretical foundation in the areas of personnel planning, recruitment, management and development, psychology, personnel remuneration, corporate social welfare and individual and collective labour law. It is a background she relies on daily in her current role as editorial director with responsibility for around 100 journalists.
