Professor (W3) in Integrated High-Speed CircuitsApplicants should have a strong scientific research profile as well as excellent teamworking and didactic skills. Several years of successful research activity including experience in teaching and with the acquisition of third party funding is expected. We strongly encourage young scientists in this innovative field of research to apply. The applicants research profile should cover innovative microwave circuit concepts for wireless and fiber optic communication systems and for novel sensor systems. Applicants should be experts in one or several of the following subject areas
- design and realization of monolithically integrated millimeter wave and THz circuits
- millimeter wave circuits for future radar and sensor systems (e.g. automotive radar, spectroscopy)
- mixed-signal circuits for broadband optical communication systems
- microwave circuits and front-end concepts for future mobile communication systems
