The professorship is to continue teaching and research in an interdisciplinary manner in the future, whereby the previous focal points of design and construction in lightweight construction, material-oriented lightweight construction methods, such as lightweight concrete construction, building with glass and building with textiles, as well as adaptive envelopes and structures must be further developed and augmented.
