Applicants at the junior level should have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline (upon appointment) and demonstrated research and teaching potential. For senior positions, the ideal candidate has a strong record of published research in premier management journals and the capacity to contribute to the School’s teaching portfolio in Organizational Behavior, especially to our Negotiations courses. German language skills are not required. The language of instruction is English.
