The responsibilities include research and teaching as well as the promotion of early-career scientists. We seek to appoint a cutting edge researcher in the area of Mathematical Statistics. The teaching load includes courses in the university’s bachelor and master programs with a special emphasis on engineering aspects. Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with high international reputation who has demonstrated an outstanding academic record and an internationally recognized research program. A university degree and an excellent doctoral degree or equivalent scientific qualification as well as pedagogical aptitude, including the ability to teach in English, are also prerequisites. Substantial research experience abroad is expected as well as the ability to bring a new and highly innovative research profile into the department and the scientific community of TUM. Our Offer
