You can look forward to
- to use your expertise to shape the teaching in the new Bachelor's degree programme "Health Management and Digital Health", especially for the focus on digital health applications and in basic education, and to implement the courses independently, also in English,
- set up and supervise subject-specific laboratories in close cooperation with your colleagues,
- work intensively with partners in the university and regional actors from business and society in research and transfer,
- participate in the strategic development of the HSO in university committees and the university's self-administration.
You bring with you
- relevant full-time practical experience of at least 5 years after your above-average university degree in computer science, business informatics, natural sciences and engineering related to computer science or in the health sector (e.g. medicine, nursing, psychology, public health, therapy) related to IT. You have worked for at least 3 years outside the university sector and ideally have additional qualifications in the field of digital health.
- scientific and sound knowledge as well as extensive practical experience in the field of digital health and in the digitalisation of healthcare. You have acquired your proven expertise in particular in the digital transformation in healthcare with a focus on digital health applications such as electronic patient records, patient portals, digital health applications (DiGA), electronic documentation of care and treatment services, health apps or telemedicine.
- special aptitude for scientific work. You have achieved this through a very good doctorate or equivalent achievements.
- the desire to inspire students with your teaching for digital health applications and to promote the next generation of scientists. In doing so, you will convince with your innovative didactic methods, your pedagogical aptitude and gender- and diversity-sensitive teaching approaches.
- the desire to work together with professors from other departments and faculties.
