Research Assistant / Post-Doc (f/m/d) for Training Group "Consequences of Social Services Work"

Within the DFG Research Training Group 2493 "Consequences of Social Services Work", Faculty II is offering a position for a
research assistant (post-doc) (salary category 13 TV-L)
full-time (100 % position) from 01.02.2020 to 30.09.2024 with the possibility of extension.
The length of employment is subject to the German Act on Temporary Employment in Higher Education.
The teaching commitment is 4 SHW from 01.02.2020 to 31.03.2020.
The tasks include contributing to the content and organisation of the DFG Research Training Group "Consequences of Social Services Work". This involves supporting research by
doctoral candidates within the DFG Research Training Group, among other things. It also includes the task of conducting your own research, publishing scientific papers and
promoting the DFG Research Training Group through forms of cooperative work.
This is a position to further your own scientific qualification (e.g. qualifying as a lecturer). This opportunity is provided as part of the official duties.Appointment requirements:
You have an academic postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master, Magister or equivalent), an above-average doctorate with an empirical focus on social work, experience in the theoretical
discourse and discussion on social work, knowledge of interdisciplinary research, experience with cooperative research organisation, good knowledge of German and English and an
interest in furthering your academic career.
