Research Assistant / Doctoral Student (m/f)
located at the WHU Campus Düsseldorf, with a start date of September 1, 2019 or earlier.

Job Description
- Your main task will be your Ph.D. research project (as part of a quasi-cumulative dissertation), which will be part of the Chair‘s research stream on "The People Side of Digitalization"
- You will use quantitative methods for your own empirical research project
- You will develop innovative research papers to be published in international refereed journals, which also make relevant contributions to business practice.
- You will support the Chair‘s teaching activities in the MSc and MSc program
Job Qualifications
- You obtain an excellent degree in Management, Business Psychology, or Business Engineering (or will do so soon)
- You have excellent scientific English skills demonstrated for example through a BSc and/ or MSc thesis written in English
- You are experienced in quantitative research methods, i.e. you have conducted own quantitative study for your BSc and/ or MSc thesis
- You are enthusiastic about research at the intersections of ethics, leadership and international management
- You work independently and goal-oriented
- You are a team player
