Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)
Full time | Initially based 2-year-contract
Your duties on the field
Working closely with other teams, you will be part of the Product and Technology team of DFL Digital Sports GmbH and realise a vision for the QA of the DFL's products and services as Quality Assurance Manager (m/f).
Utilise key data from user tracking, operational performance, functional compliance, product performance metrics, in-depth qualitative studies and industry learning to inform on the overall quality of our products in a meaningful measurable way.
Communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Deliver valuable insights to the company
Manage external suppliers, SaaS and contract developers/testers
Collaborate with other teams to improve QA issues and sources of problems
Build solutions to measure system and product quality
As Quality Assurance Manager (m/f), your gym bag should contain
Expertise in operations monitoring, test automation and manual testing
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data methodologies
At least three years working experience in the QA area
Fluent in written and spoken English
Acquainted with production testing, A/B Testing and software release processes
Experienced in coding with native and/or mobile web test automation frameworks
Strong understanding of mobile as a platform (native and/or mobile web)
Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems
Experience working with Cloud based systems
Understanding of how the internet and basic networking works
Experience in agile product development and testing
Strong organisational skills
Proven experience communicating across teams, departments and suppliers
These extras in your gym bag would also be useful
Experience with Cucumber/ BDD
Development experience with Java, JS or other similar languages
Experience with real-time event-based systems
