The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Freiburg invites applications for a
Full Professorship (W3) for General Practice
to be filled as soon as possible. The future holder of the position represents the subject
in research and teaching. We are looking for a personality who, in particular, coordinates
and strengthens the existing "Lehr- und Forschungspraxennetz" and works in a
close collobaration with the "Lehrbeauftragten für Allgemeinmedizin" as well as the
facilities of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg and the faculty of medicine. Due
to the high importance in student training, excellent didactic competence as well as
profound experience with different teaching and learning formats is required.
Possible research areas are in the field of health care research or teaching research.

Requirements for the appointment are in addition to the compliance with the employment
regulations, the completion of a university degree in medicine, educational qualification,
an exceptional doctorate degree, an excellent publication record and a board
