W2 Professorship “University Management and Quality Management”
at the Central Teaching and Research Facility for Interdisciplinary Studies
You will deliver classes and continuing education courses, in particular on university management and quality management.
In the process, you will design and implement innovative teaching and learning methods.
Your activities, particularly addressing issues related to the development and management of quality in education, will reinforce our research profile.
You will continue to develop system accreditation at Münster University of Applied Sciences, with a particular focus on our Wandelwerk (Quality Development Centre).
In addition, you will team up with other individuals to design and help implement continuing education programmes for higher education institutions.
You will be involved in both intramural and extramural bodies and working groups.
You have a university degree, preferably with a dual qualification in social and economic science disciplines, as well as a recognised doctorate.
You are able to provide evidence of several years of professional experience, preferably in quality management in higher education institutions.
You have a deep scientific understanding of organisational and quality development, and have experience in teaching, leadership and conducting research.
You are a strong communicator, with the ability to cooperate with numerous other researchers and to integrate them into your projects.
You communicate fluently in English.
