The appointment area focuses on the teaching areas:

• Conception, planning, execution and operation of regenerative energy systems in building services engineering
• Heating technology
• Local heating and cooling supply systems
• Energetic evaluation of buildings, plants and energy supply systems
• Project and planning management
• Basics of sanitary engineering

The applicants must fulfill the appointment requirements in accordance with § 58 of the Saxon Higher Education Autonomy Act (Sächsisches Hochschulfreiheitsgesetz)

Your tasks and focus
In addition to fulfilling teaching obligations and supervising student research projects, internships and theses, the duties include application-oriented research, knowledge transfer and participation in the university's academic self-administration.

Required is a profound scientific knowledge, proven through scientific studies, specialized knowledge and pertinent practical experience in the above-named areas as well as pedagogical abilities for the transfer of knowledge and the readiness and ability to offer lectures mainly in German and partly in English.
