As soon as possible
You are in charge of the "Fruchtsafttechnologie" (Fruit Juice Technology) and "Sensorik für Lebensmitteltechnologen" (Sensory Testing for Food Technologists) courses.
Further expertise, for example, in the field of artificial sensor technology, digitalization, nutrition science, packaging technology or "liquid food" is desirable.
The life science technologies department is especially research-focused, particularly in the area of Smart Food Technology. Active collaboration in this or an additional
research subject is consequently expected.
You graduated with a doctorate in Beverage Technology, Food Technology, Food Processing or a related subject that qualifies for the above-mentioned duties. Relevant industrial experience is required.
Furthermore, you promote innovative and interdisciplinary study and communication formats for multidisciplinary teaching and for the dialog between science and society.
This may include, in particular, interdisciplinary student projects and may involve, if possible, several departments.
You identify yourself with the university's support concept, which entails a high presence of the lecturers at the university and the willingness to take over the tasks of
self-administration at the university. In addition, you are qualified to conduct courses in English.
