What to expect:
You will teach on our Bachelor and Master's programmes at the Department of Social Work.
Your teaching and research activities will focus on issues concerning local government politics and local social policy, and the associated topic areas of poverty and precarious life situations, as well as migration and interculturality.
You enjoy applying your expertise to interdisciplinary contexts.
You will also contribute to selfgovernment at the department and to the further development of degree programmes and will be involved in academic continuing education.
You will have the opportunity to offer English-language courses as well as courses involving digital technology.
Your expertise is underpinned by a degree in Social Work, Political and Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
You also have a doctorate in a relevant subject, completed with above-average success.
We can count on your professional experience with a relevance to social work.
You have extensive experience in teaching, in successfully applying for external funding, and in research project collaboration.
Your portfolio is complemented by a network of partners from the field.
