The hwtk University of Applied Sciences is an innovative, state-accredited, private university based in
Berlin, with a second campus in Baden-Baden. The hwtk‘s bachelor‘s and master‘s programs offer management
degrees through conventional on-campus studies, integrated theory and practice in the dual
work–study model, and distance learning. The university strives to foster a close-knit interrelationship between
knowledge and practice in each of its study models. In keeping with its guiding principles, the hwtk is
pursuing a strategy of growth and internationalization. Over the course of its future development, the hwtk
will increasingly focus on English-language study programs to realize their internationalization strategy and
the model of distance learning for students in a specific work and study program, so that these students can
organise their studies in a flexible and individual manner.
