Professorship (W1) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry / Psychotherapy in Preclinical and Clinical Trauma Research (f/m/d)
at the UNIVERSITY ULM, Medical Faculty in the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry / Psychotherapy (Medical Director, Prof. Dr. Jörg M. Fegert)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is expected to represent the teaching on the complete field of child and adolescent psychiatry at the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry / Psychotherapy.
The focus of the research will be on trauma-related healthcare and psychotherapy for children and adolescents as well as on translational research in preclinical and clinical trauma research.
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Center for Trauma Research as a focus of research activities is also expected.
In addition, offers that improve networking in trauma research and other dissemination activities are to be scientifically accompanied and their effects researched.
Requirements:
The applicant has graduated (university degree) in human medicine, psychology or other relevant social science disciplines. They hold a doctorate, MD or ThD, and are experienced in
teaching at university level or have corresponding qualification (e.g. MQ I, MQ II, Master of Medical Education). Experience in interdisciplinary courses and/or e-learning is particularly welcome.
The selection and employment procedure is based on the regulations laid down by university law regarding the appointment of professors.
The appointment will initially be on the basis of a temporary civil servant status or on an employee status for six years. There will be no further extension, apart from the cases of § 45 Abs. 6 LHGBW.
