The person to be appointed must have international scientific experience and is expected to have actively participated in internationally visible research and international networking as well as in the acquisition and implementation of thirdparty funded projects. We expect participation in ongoing collaborative social science research initiatives within the framework of a well-established culture of interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of social inequality and welfare statehood.

The additional achievements must be documented by a habilitation or equivalent achievements, for example within the framework of a junior/assistant professorship. Moreover, applicants are expected to participate in further training in higher education didactics.
