Postdoctoral Scientist Position (f/m/d) in NMR-Spectroscopy
University of Regensburg
The DFG Research Training Group "Ion-Pair Effects on Molecular Reactivity" offers a postdoc position to be filled at the University of Regensburg, Germany, starting
April 1st, 2021.
Postdoctoral Scientist Position (m/f/d) in NMR-Spectroscopy
Ion pairs are ubiquitous in chemistry, and electrostatic forces between counter ions are among the strongest of all intermolecular interactions. They determine the properties of organometallic reagents, inorganic clusters, and catalysts, but predicting structures, intermediates, and transition states is challenging. The aim of GRK 2620 is to elucidate ion pair structures and reaction mechanisms by an interdisciplinary team of spectroscopists, theoreticians and synthetic chemists. The GRK training program offers individual qualification, a structured training program and an excellent research environment. Information about the individual research projects of the GRK 2620 can be found at https://www.uni-regensburg.de/chemistry-pharmacy/grk-2620/home/index.html.
