The Institute of Economic Policy (Professorship for Innovation Economics) invites applications for the position of a
Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in the field of
Innovation Economics
(Salary Scale 13 TV-L, 100 %)
starting at the earliest possible date. The position is initially limited for one year, with the possibility of extension.
Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher, who is interested in conducting empirical and/or theoretical research in innovation economics and/or behavioural economics. Candidates will conduct individual research and will cooperate with other members of the team in innovation economics. The position comes with a teaching load of four course hours per week during the term. Course language is either English or German.
Requirements
- At starting date: completed university science degree; a completed PhD/Doctorate in Economics or a related field is expected
- Strong research track-record in Innovation Economics and/or Behavioral Economics can be proven by very strong working papers or published research projects
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to teach at Bachelors and Masters level
