The Accreditations & Quality Management Team at the Dean's Office of WHU invites applications for the full-time position of
Manager Quality Management (f/m/d)
located at the WHU Campus Vallendar, with a start date of October 1, 2019 or later.
The team is responsible for quality management processes as well as national and international accreditations. In this context, data from different areas of the university have to be administered and evaluated. Since last year, a central Faculty Management Tool (Academ) has been available for this purpose, the further establishment and support of which is the primary task of this position. Thus, an exciting and strategically important place of work awaits you.
Administration of the Faculty Management Tool (Academ): data administration, contact with users at the university and the service provider, conception/conduction of trainings, administration of the ticket system
Compilation and processing of data for accreditations and other projects in the field of quality management or the Dean's Office
Support for internal and external accreditation processes
Contact with faculty/programs on special topics (e.g. research funding or educational leave)
Support for internal/external communication at the university
Possible support for further projects of the Dean's Office
At least well completed studies, preferably with an IT-related background; interest in a position combining IT data management and university strategic topics
Experience with data management systems (e.g. campus and/or faculty management systems), in end user support, and in coordination with service providers is advantageous
Prior experience in quality management, especially at universities, preferred
Very independent, structured, and accurate working methods
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High social and intercultural competence, customer orientation, and resilience
