As a part of the Institute for History of Art and Architecture (IBK) the professorship
combines research in architectural theory and architectural history with
research in and on planning, design and building processes. Thus the candidate
should be familiar with both fields.
An active role in interdisciplinary research activities of the university and highly
qualified teaching of undergraduate and master level courses is expected. The
successful candidate is required to participate in faculty and university administration.
She/He delivers substantial contributions to ensure and develop further
the profile of the faculty.
