The Chair of Personnel Economics and HRM focuses
on the economic evaluation of management practices.
The group is part of the Center of Social and Economic
behavior and the new excellence cluster Econtribute.
We implement field experiments in firms and apply
methods of microeconometrics to study behavior and
performance in organizations.

The position is available from 01.03.2020 on a part-time
basis (75 %). It is limited to 4 years with possible extension of
up to 2 additional years . If the applicant meets the relevant
wage requirements and personal qualifications, the salary is
based on remuneration group 13 TV-L of the pay scale for
the German public sector.
