Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC)Jena
he Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC) is
funded by the German Excellence Initiative. The structured,
interdisciplinary training program based on toplevel
fundamental research combines different areas to
form a comprehensive picture of microbial communication
(www.jsmc.uni-jena.de). Institutes at five faculties of the Friedrich
Schiller University Jena, six non-university research institutes
as well as 12 partner companies are participating in this cuttingedge

The International Leibniz Research School (ILRS Jena) is the
graduate training program of the Leibniz Institute for Natural
Product Research and Infection Biology - Hans Knöll Institute -
in cooperation with the Friedrich Schiller University and the Max
Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology (www.ilrs.de). It
provides excellent research conditions and ambitious projects
covering all aspects of microbial and biomolecular interactions:

Research projects on several topics in Natural, Life and Computational Sciences

The positions are available from January 2017 and will be financially supported corresponding to TV-L (salary agreement for public service
