The international team of the Department of E-Governance in Business and Administration (Faculty of Business and Globalisation) conducts theoretical and applied research on current issues of digital transformation in business, administration and society. Supported by a modern infrastructure, we work collaboratively and goal-oriented in contemporary, flexible work forms.

Your tasks

• Development and coordination of activities to optimise agile cooperation and project organisation in the te
• Supporting the project leaders in ongoing projects and in the processing of project applications (e.g. drafting contracts, budgeting and accounting, etc.) 
• Independent project management of internal and external events (conception, planning, implementation, incl. reporting and controlling)
• Collaboration in the implementation of scientific congresses/conferences
• Collaboration on communication tasks within our research projects
• Writing reports and news articles

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in the field of project management or communication 
• First practical experience with project management and communication tools desirable
• High organisational ability and solution orientation
• Very good communication and social skills
• Independent and result-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English (both at least B2)

Your perspective

• Full-time or part-time (20-40 hours/week - flexitime), initially limited to two years, with a minimum salary of EUR 2,709.60 gross per month on a full-time basis (classification according to the collective agreement for universities §51 VwGr. IIIb), willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications and professional experience
