The objective of this Collaborative Research Center (Sonderforschungsbereich, SFB) is to acquire a better understanding of the fundamental mechanisms that govern the balance between self-renewal and differentiation of stem cells. The Consortium of 19 principal investigators represents a new, comprehensive organization, integrating research groups from the Faculties of Biosciences and Medicine (Heidelberg and Mannheim), Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, including ZMBH, and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).

Postdoc Position
for Subproject B1 Transcirptional and epigenetic control of stem cell fate in plants

The Lohmann lab is seeking outstanding candidates for postdoctoral work on the transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms underlying plant stem cell control (e.g. Busch et al. Dev.
