Full Professorship (W2) in Algebra and Number Theory

The successful applicant has an intemationally recognized research record in one active area of Algebra and Number Theory to complement present research strength of the Department of Mathematics. Applicants are expected to work together with established research groups at the Department and successively apply for research grants.

It is the responsibility of this professorship to participate in all areas of teaching offered by the Department. He/She will also be involved in teacher-training. Experience in teaching at school and novel ideas regarding this topic would be welcome.
