Full Professor of Management (m/f)
in the field of leadership and human resource management. WHU is a leading business school and is centrally located in the heart of Europe. Applicants should have a) a solid academic qualification (e.g. PhD or Habilitation) in Business Administration or a related area; b) an outstanding international reputation in the area of leadership and human resource management; c) a strong record in generating research funding and d) a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching. The successful candidate is expected to have established an international reputation as a researcher in the field of leadership and human resource management with an outstanding publication record. We expect the applicants to be able to teach courses on bachelor, master and PhD levels. It is also expected that the candidate can offer courses at the postgraduate and executive level. The candidate should contribute to cultivating an environment of excellence and collaboration in order to further increase the reputation of the Strategy & Organization Group at WHU. Teaching experience in English is required.
