What you can expect:

As an intellectual property practitioner, you will be working in the field of plant biotechnology to advise R&D, marketing & product functions. Your role will entail the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in various jurisdictions around the world, dealing with oppositions and appeals, assessing third party patents and writing opinions on the same. In addition, your role will involve the drafting of licence agreements.

What we expect:

You have gained direct intellectual property experience, either in industry or in private practice. You are qualified as a European or national patent attorney, or you are currently in the process of becoming qualified. In addition, you bring a background in Life Science/Biotechnology; a PhD would be a definite advantage. You are a team player who enjoys working as a part of a global team, committed to serving the company's business units in all aspects of intellectual property and thereby contributing to the overall worldwide success of the company. Fluency in English is a must.
