Particularly talented young musicians still at school can attend the Jugendakademie [Junior Academy] where their potential is carefully nurtured.
A course on Cultural Management is planned. A changeover to the Bachelor's /Master's Degree system is planned.
Admission
Courses can only be started in the winter semester. Students must pass an audition.
The closing date for auditions for diploma courses is 31 March, and for the teaching courses 30 April.

Student accommodation
The University of Music and Performing Arts Munich has a total of 181 places available for students in its three halls of residence.
Scholarships
Students can apply for the University's own scholarships in the form of monthly allowances or allowances in kind. Financial support is available to students through the University's own and external scholarship funds.
Studying abroad
Through our extensive partner institutions, students have the opportunity of studying abroad.
